The Baby Bonnet return policy follows DIRECTIVE 2011/83 / EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 October 2011.
Thus, after the purchase, the customer has a period of 14 days (consecutive) to terminate the purchase contract, free of charge and without need of justification. This period starts from the receipt of the good by the customer and not from the date of conclusion of the contract.
For Baby Bonnet to make the exchange it will be necessary for the client:
1. Display the invoice
2. Present the purchased item without any signs of use and accompanied by the original packaging.
The right of withdrawal admits certain exceptions. Thus, all personalized articles, namely the photographic funds, whose production is made upon request, specific to each client, will not be subject to return. This exception does not apply if the fund is defective. At the same time, customer satisfaction is of high importance for Baby Bonnet, so regardless of the exception to withdrawal, the customer should always communicate their dissatisfaction with the email geral@babybonnet.pt, in order to verify an adequate resolution of the situation.
In the event that the client withdraws from the contract, Baby Bonnet shall reimburse all payments received, including those relating to transportation. If the customer has requested a certain type of delivery (for example, express delivery), although Baby Bonnet has offered a generally accepted type of delivery with lower costs, the difference in cost between the two types of delivery should be borne by client. If a promotional discount code has been used, this amount will not be refunded, ie, the refund will be only for the amount actually paid.
Whenever Baby Bonnet does not deliver the goods within the agreed timeframe with the customer, before the customer can terminate the contract, Baby Bonnet must be requested to deliver within a reasonable additional time. You will therefore have the right to terminate the contract if Baby Bonnet does not deliver the goods within that additional period.
In the event that you wish to return or exchange an item purchased, the customer should send an email to geral@babybonnet.pt.
After Baby Bonnet informs the customer of the decision to withdraw from the contract, it is obliged to return the products within a maximum period of 14 days. The refund method for the returned amount depends on the payment method used in your order. In the case of payments with PayPal, these are credited to their accounts. In other cases, when NIB information is provided, the refund is made to the indicated bank account. Otherwise, the refund is made by check to the billing address. Reimbursement is made up to 14 days after receipt of the wish for free resolution and receipt of return of the property.
MANUFACTURING DEFECT
In case of a "manufacturing defect", the customer must send a photograph of the defective article, together with a copy of the invoice and a declaration of the Request for Exchange or Return of the Article, within a maximum period of 30 consecutive days from the invoice date , to the following address:

After deferment, and for the exchange of the product can be effected, it must ensure that the packaging is complete and the article in excellent condition, in respect of the characteristics not covered by the manufacturing defect. In the absence of any of these conditions, there will be no exchange / return.
In the event of the deferment of the return request by manufacturing defect, the rules described above with respect to the time of return of the article, credit standards or return of payment and transportation will apply.
